Luther College is seeking a full-time Maintenance Mechanic/Plumber who will perform all types of building maintenance and repair that is generated from the facilities services work order system. This position performs building maintenance and repair that is generated from the facilities services work order system. A majority of the work will be related to plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems. Training will be provided to interested individuals. High School Diploma and four years of formal working experience in installation and repair in the following areas: plumbing, heating, steam, and air conditioning is required. A valid driver’s license and computer skills to access web-based work order system, building automation system and e-mail are also required.
