Luther College is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Mechanic that will perform a variety of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning maintenance and repair. This position will need to be attentive to material inventory and supplies as work progresses, provide dependable service on the Luther College steam distribution system, and prepare lists of material needed to complete work projects. High school diploma is required. Formal education in plumbing, heating and air conditioning is preferred. Four years of working experience in installation and repair in the following areas: plumbing, heating, steam, and air conditioning. Basic electrical service is helpful.
