26th self-guided NE Iowa Artists’ Studio Tour this weekend

The 26th annual Northeast Iowa Artists’ Studio Tour kicks off Friday, Sept. 29, and runs through Sunday, Oct. 1 in the Driftless area.

Featuring 38 area artists, the tour is nestled among the wooded hills at 28 locations. Daily hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Decorah is the hub for the tour, which radiates up to 40 miles in all directions.

The self-guided tour at the homes/studios of local artists will feature painting, sculpture, jewelry, photography, clay/ceramics, wood, glass, metal printmaking, mixed media, handmade paper, fiber and more.
