Area man wins $300,000 lottery prize

A Decorah man has won a $300,000 lottery prize.

Michael Moore won the fourth top prize in the Iowa Lottery’s “Premiere” scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Country Express, 3480 U.S. Highway 52 in Decorah, and claimed his prize Monday at lottery headquarters in Clive.
