Blood Drive slated Jan. 25

Recent winter weather caused blood drive cancellations impacting the community blood supply. LifeServe Blood Center is urging
community members to roll up a sleeve and give blood donation a try on Jan. 25 in Decorah.
One blood donation has a huge local impact, according to a LifeServe Blood Center spokesperson. In one hour, a single blood donor will help save or enhance the lives of up to three hospital patients in local medical centers.
The upcoming neighborhood blood drive is Jan. 25 from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. at 1111 Montgomery Street. Schedule a blood donation appointment online at lifeservebloodcenter.org or call 800-287-4903.
