Humane Society fundraiser this week

The Humane Society of Northeast Iowa's 9th Annual Tails & Treasures Fundraiser is Oct. 9-16.

The Humane Society of Northeast Iowa’s 9th Annual Tails & Treasures Fundraiser begins Sunday, Oct. 9, at 9 a.m., online at the link: https://www.32auctions.com/HSNEI2022.
The event runs through Saturday, Oct. 16, at 5 p.m.
An annual feature of Tails & Treasures is artist-decorated cats and dogs. This year’s statues are decorated by local artists Bonnie Koloc, Matt Havran and Charlene Selbee. In addition, the auction contains 106 items ranging from getaways, to art, to gift certificates, to sports memorabilia. 
The event also features three raffle items with tickets of $10 each–no limit on tickets purchased. Raffle items include an eBike from Decorah Bicycles, a Kettle grill and meat package from Ace Hardware and Polashek Locker, and a Roomba iRobot vacuum.
