Both the prosecution and defense have completed presenting their cases in the Whittle murder trial. The future of defendant Aaron Whittle rests with the jury as they are sequestered to deliberate.  

The defense wrapped up its final arguments Tuesday mid-day by imploring the jury consider all the evidence, not just the evidence highlighted by the prosecution, and find the defendant, Aaron Whittle, not guilty.

The State wrapped up their closing arguments in the Whittle murder trial Tuesday morning, Feb. 28.
In closing their case the prosecution presented the jury with this quote “when you hear thundering hooves think horses not zebras,” meaning the obvious answer is usually the correct answer.
