Mental health is top concern on Winneshiek Medical Center’s Community Health Assessment

The top five areas of need for health care services, according to survey respondents, were: access to mental health care, shelter and services for victims of abuse, violence and assault, alcohol and drug abuse prevention, family planning services and services for persons with disabilities.
