Winneshiek Sheriff

Travis McIntyre, 50, of Eldorado, was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail May 28. He was transported from the Fayette County Jail on an arrest warrant for violation of pre-trial supervision.

Christian Carstens, 26, of Waukon, was arrested June 3 and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail on an arrest warrant for possession of a firearm or offensive weapon by a felon.

Deputies arrived at a residence on North Street in Ridgeway May 29 at 10:57 p.m. to follow up on an incident. Quentin Hafner, 27, of Green Mountain, was located at the residence. He had an arrest warrant out of Marshall County. Hafner reportedly hid from deputies, but was located a short time later. He was arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail for simple misdemeanor interference with official acts.

Deputies were notified of an altercation at residence on Evergreen Road May 28. After further investigation, Martha Day, 65, of Decorah, was charged with serious misdemeanor assault causing bodily injury.

Decorah Police

Decorah Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of Highway 9 and Short Street in Decorah. After further investigation, it was determined the driver, Christian Reilly, 22, of Decorah, was intoxicated while driving. Reilly was placed under arrest for OWI, 1st offense.
