Thirty Ossian eighth-grade science students vied Friday, Feb. 23, for their chance to show their science fair projects at the regional science fair, which is to be held March 4 at the Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) Calmar campus. Of the 30 Ossian science fair projects, only 10 will be chosen to be shown at NICC. All students are taught by Ossian Middle School science teacher Ana Olson-Johnson.
