Waukon business owner pleads ‘not guilty’ to six counts related to raffle

Last September, the State of Minnesota, through the Fillmore County Attorney’s office, charged Jones with felony theft-by swindle, theft-by swindle, gambling – other acts – conduct lottery/possess facilities, and gambling – other acts – participate in income gambling place/shop – three gross misdemeanors, and gambling – sell/transfer chance participate lottery and gambling – disseminate information about a lottery, both misdemeanors.
