Winneshiek County repeals its UTV ordinance; City has not designated any city roads for UTV use

Currently, the county has not authorized any paved roads as UTV routes. In Winneshiek County, outside the city limits, all gravel roads are allowed, and paved roads only allowed in the shortest distance to get to a gravel road or designated trail.
