Winneshiek County Supervisors set leadership, pass COVID-19 measures for 2022

The board also discussed at length the OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) requiring employers over 100 staff, which the county has, to either mandate COVID-19 vaccines or implement a regular testing and mask-wearing program for unvaccinated employees.
