Betty Ilene (Flack) Lundt, 90, died Monday, April 9, 2018, at Winneshiek Medical Center in Decorah.
Betty was born Oct. 2, 1927, in Postville, the daughter of Harold and Mary (Bray) Flack. She was educated in country school.
Betty married Harold Lundt June 14, 1944. This union was blessed with six children: Cheryl, Mark, Linda, Kim, Chris and Lauren.
Betty did daycare for families out of her house for many years.
Betty is survived by four children: Mark Lundt of Decorah, Linda Kalke of Decorah, Kim Sickles of Waukon and Lauren Lundt of Decorah; 10 grandchildren: Scott (Amy) Grinna, Stacey (Collin) McElree, Steven (Lisa) Grinna, Trish (Kevin) Martin, Lisa (Eli) Johnson, Dustin Sickles, Daniel Sickles, Alex Sickles, Jessica Lundt and Grace Lundt; and 17 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harold, Aug. 4, 1980; her son, Chris, in 1977; her daughter, Cheryl Grinna, in 2015; grandchildren: Chelsea Sickles, Matthew Lundt and Gale Lundt; one brother, Leslie Flack; and three sisters: Vivian Jones, Charlotte Newman and Joyce Reincke.
