Beverly Tangen

Beverly R. Tangen, age 88, of Decorah, passed away peacefully Friday night, April 9, 2021 at Good Samaritan Society in Waukon. 

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, April 16, 2021 at Decorah Lutheran Church with Pastor Amy Larson officiating. Inurnment will be in Lutheran Cemetery in Decorah.       

Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Friday, one hour before the service, at Decorah Lutheran Church. Fjelstul Funeral Home is assisting with the arrangements.

In consideration of Covid-19 concerns, masks and physical distancing are required.

Bev is survived by three daughters: Mary (Jon) Wendling,  Linda (Bill) Dotseth and Cheryl (Dwaine) Lemke, all of Decorah; five sons: Butch (Therese) Tangen of Weston, Wis., Gordon (Linda) Tangen, Marc (Dena) Tangen and Lee (Tammy) Tangen, all of Decorah, and Justin (Daisy) Tangen of Dakota Dunes, SD; one brother, Gordon Anderson of Decorah; one brother in-law, Carlton (Elaine) Tangen of Estherville; grandchildren: John (Jess Garwich) Wendling, Jake (Mary)Wendling, Jenny (Rolf) Goulson, Jarad (Caitlyn) Dotseth, Allison (Seth) Christen, Tamara Tangen, Troy  Tangen, Trent (Krista )Tangen, CJ Tangen, Cory Tangen, Jason Lemke,  Jamie (Al) Zahasky, Kari Tangen, Kim (Stephen) Hoffman, Bob (Gabriel Surovy) Root, Ryan (Stephanie) Tangen, Mike (Jess) Tangen, Lynsey Tangen, Bret (Ashley) Tangen, Tory Tangen and Nathaniel Kai Tangen; numerous great-grandchildren; one niece and three nephews
