CELIA STOEN, 85, of Highlandville, passed away Tuesday morning, April 21, 2020, at her home. Due to state and federal guidance on gatherings due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will not be having a public memorial at this time. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
