CHARLES H. GRANO, 92, of Decorah, died Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016, at Winneshiek Medical Center in Decorah. Memorial services are at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, at Congregational United Church of Christ in Decorah, with Pastor Laura Arnold officiating.
