CHARMAINE KERN, 84, of Decorah, died Thursday evening, Feb. 9, 2017, at Wellington Place in Decorah. Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, at First Lutheran Church in Decorah, with Rev. Chad Huebner officiating. Burial is in Locust Cemetery in rural Decorah. Visitation begins at 10 a.m. Wednesday, one hour before the service, at First Lutheran Church.
