PETER WILLIAM BIEBER, 81, passed away the morning of May 23, 2017, at Veteran’s Memorial Hospital, Waukon. Family and friends are invited to his Celebration of Life Wednesday, May 31, from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Allamakee County Fairgrounds Pavilion in Waukon. A full obituary will be in an upcoming edition of the newspaper.
