RICHARD KLOUDA, 70, of Las Vegas, Nev., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at St. Jeremiah Care Home in Las Vegas. Graveside services are at 10 a.m., Wednesday, May 20, at the Washington Prairie Lutheran Cemetery at 1725 Washington Prairie Rd. Decorah. Visitation is from 4-6 pm., Tuesday, May 19, at the Schluter Balik Funeral Home at 604 South Ave. Decorah. He is survived by his children: daughter Richelle Balinbin, husband Kanamu, and their children; daughter Irelynn and partner Ray Arrington; son Scotlenn; daughter Englann, husband Josh Wong, and their son, Wyatt Borrego; their mother Cynthia Reyna; his sisters Judy Argo and Sharon Mow; brother in law Robert Davidson; niece Caryn Fink, nephew Rich Argo and his wife and children; niece Nichole Argo, husband Ben Itzhah, and their children; aunt CharLes Klouda and several cousins.
