Sydney Lau, age 22, of Iowa City, formerly New Hampton, died Aug. 20, 2023, at the University of Iowa Hospital & Clinics in Iowa City.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 28, at Holy Family Parish, New Hampton, with Rev. James Goerend officiating the Mass.
Friends may greet the family from 1:30 – 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 27, at Hugeback – Johnson Funeral Home & Crematory in New Hampton. Visitation continues an hour prior to the Mass at the church on Monday.
