Services for Wayne Elwood Quass of Ossian have been announced.
A visitation will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 11, 2024 at Schmitz-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Ossian. There will also be a one hour visitation before the funeral service at the church on Monday. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 12, at Stavanger Lutheran Church in Ossian, with Rev. Daryl Schultz as the Officiant. Interment will follow at Stavanger Lutheran Cemetery in Ossian.
Schmitz-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Ossian is assisting the family with services.

Our sympathy to Wayne’s family. The Quass family was a real asset to Ossian. Wayne and Dale went to school with us. My brother, Jake, was a classmate of Wayne’s and was saddened hearing of his death. Wayne’s father, Albert, took over our dad’s job as County Supervisor after dad’s passing. The Quass family….all good people. Our love and prayers to Wayne’s family.
