William Otters, age 69, of Denver, Iowa., passed away Friday, Feb. 24, 2023, at Allen Hospital in Waterloo.
His Celebration of Life will be Saturday, May 13, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Fort Atkinson Community Center, 303 3rd St NW 52144, in Fort Atkinson, Iowa.
The Helms Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
