Senior Martin Horstman took the medalist honors with a nine-hole score of 44. Teammate Jackson Goltz was the runner-up with a 49. Also with a 49 was Jordan Baumler, while Jacob Bohr concluded the scorecard with a 50. Other varsity golfers on the course for South Winn were Shaun Klimeh (51) and Brady Lensing (58)
“This was another successful outing for the Warriors. Our players are making better decisions on the course and taking strokes off their game because of it. As the season progresses, and as we get more competitive reps in, I expect that their overall games will continue to improve, as well,” said Coach Michael Wenthold.
