The Decorah boys’ basketball team (3-0, 0-0 NEIC) picked up its third win of the season Tuesday night, defeating Wahlert (1-2) on the road 67-57.
The Vikes outscored the Golden Eagles 18-10 after the first eight minutes and extended their lead to 36-25 by halftime. In the third, Decorah tacked on the points to lead 58-34. Wahlert staged a big comeback in the fourth, outscoring the Vikes 18-9, but couldn’t get the win.
